Sell worldwide: store currency, Shopping in, and courier APIs
How DwumaPOS merchants sell across countries without mixing money layers — locked store currency at checkout, mall Shopping in + display currency, and courier quotes only in the shop currency.

Store currency is locked at signup
POS, merchant reports, zone fees, and checkout settlement always use the shop currency. Receipts after pay stay in that currency. Do not expect mall display FX on the till.
Shopping in vs display currency
On the public mall, Shopping in filters which shops appear (catalog country). Display currency is presentment only — it follows the country unless the shopper pins another code. Native currency is a first-visit reference, not a second price list.
Checkout never converts for you
The buyer pays the merchant store currency. Courier live quotes whose currency does not match the store are skipped. Pickup, shop riders, Dwuma, and covering zone rates still price the order first.
Courier APIs by country
Settings → Storefront → Fulfillment stores your aggregator keys. Terminal Africa, EasyPost, and Sendcloud shop live rates after zone fallback. DHL, FedEx, UPS, Topship, and similar keys are connectable — they do not change checkout totals until a live adapter exists.
What Ghana shops still get
MoMo, GRA e-VAT, and Hubtel remain a Ghana depth pack on the same global POS. Country packs do not replace store currency — they add rails and tax tools for that market.
